Rafter produces a growing line of thoughtfully designed, durable and handsome aprons, as well as linen napkins, tablecloths and more. We also work with chefs and restaurants to create custom aprons and uniforms.
All Rafter aprons and goods are made by hand in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with high quality materials like American canvas, Japanese selvedge denim and European linens.
The name Rafter comes from a Maggie Taylor's family ranch in rural Idaho, which her great-grandmother named the Rafter T. Our logo takes its design from their cattle brand.
Inspired by her family history and a previous career in fashion, Maggie created a line of aprons that would withstand daily routines - whether on homestead or in a working kitchen.
